ARIZONA ENTREPRENEUR JASON HOPE PLEDGES FUNDS TO TONY HAWK FOUNDATION'S "STAND UP FOR SKATEPARKS" EVENT

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ARIZONA ENTREPRENEUR JASON HOPE PLEDGES FUNDS TO TONY HAWK FOUNDATION'S "STAND UP FOR SKATEPARKS" EVENT

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, November 4, 2009 – Scottsdale businessman Jason Hope is pleased to announce his donation to the inaugural Tony Hawk: RIDE Stand Up For Skateparks benefit at the Wynn Las Vegas.  Hope's financial contribution will support the foundation's mission to bring free, quality public skateparks to low-income areas across the country.  Additionally, a portion of the funds raised will go towards improving East Las Vegas skatepark, Freedom Skatepark, a neighborhood challenged by high crime and poverty.

“Providing positive outlets for our children, especially those in underserved communities, is extremely important.  The Tony Hawk Foundation inspires and enables countless kids and teens to grab a skateboard and hit the ramp, thus getting them off the couch and off the streets. I'm incredibly proud to support Tony the Tony Hawk Foundation,” said Jason Hope.

Tony Hawk: RIDE Stand Up For Skateparks takes place on Saturday, November 7 at the Wynn Las Vegas.  Hope will be in attendance.
